Workshop VvE Beheer bij Woonbron
Er is meer dan genoeg ruimte in ons traineeship om in te springen op de wensen en behoeften van onze trainees. Dit keer wilde de groep Hbo trainees graag meer weten over het onderwerp VvE Beheer. Eén van de trainees, Maarten Doevendans, is daar afgelopen tijd veel mee bezig geweest en samen met Mariska van Haren (Manager VvE beheer), Jacintha Josepha (VvE beheerder) van Woonbron vertelde hij daar meer over aan de rest van de trainees. Wat is VvE beheer nou eigenlijk precies?
Een vraag waarop Mariska het antwoord helder uitlegde. Ze vertelde over hoe een VvE tot stand komt (ook specifiek voor de door Woonbron beheerde VvE’s), welke juridische documenten het fundament vormen van een VvE (splitsingsakte) en ze gaf een inkijkje in de complexe vraagstukken die gepaard gaan met het besturen en beheren van VvE’s (denk aan de verduurzaming van de complexen, onderhoud plannen/bepalen, participatie van bewoners, etc.). De soms ingewikkelde en theoretische informatie werd door Mariska toegankelijk gebracht doordat ze voorbeelden gaf uit de eigen organisatie. Ook was het leuk om te zien hoe er zo nu en dan licht ging branden bij de trainees omdat ze zaken herkenden vanuit hun eigen woningcorporatie.

De Algemene Ledenvergadering
Het tweede deel van de workshop werd verzorgd door Jacintha en het centrale thema was ‘de ALV’ (algemene ledenvergadering). Een jaarlijks terugkerend iets waar de besluitvorming plaatsvindt m.b.t. de VvE. Als VvE beheerder bereidt Jacintha deze vergaderingen voor en begeleidt ze deze ter plekke. Ze gaf ons een inkijkje in haar werk aan de hand van een PowerPoint die ze gebruikt tijdens een van de aankomende ALV’s in het voorjaar. Ze doorliep met ons de stappen die ze ook met de eigenaren op de ALV gaat doorlopen. De trainees kregen dus echt een inkijkje in de praktijk van het VvE beheer.

Tot slot toetste Maarten de kennis van de trainees met een kahootquiz, onder het genot van de verzorgde lunch. Dit was leuk en het was heel gaaf om te zien hoe goed de vragen werden beantwoord. Chapeau!
